DICE Matrix Connector

The DICE Matrix Connector works with the following DICE Modules:

DICE Matrix Recurring

Recurring services defined within DICE Matrix will generate customer invoice within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central. This allows recurring services to be associated with the site location that they are for, easy modification of those services, improved RMR reporting with reconciliation reporting.

DICE Matrix Caller Assistance

Allows for the viewing of accounting information stored in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated with a DICE Customer such as Invoices, payment history, notes and more

DICE Matrix Service

As work is completed by the technician through the DICE Mobile apps, the invoice is generated and sent to the customer though Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 

DICE Matrix Sales

Inventory used with sales proposals is pulled from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central inventory tables.

DICE Matrix Dealer Billing

The Dealer Billing module will create the same reports as normal however the invoice to the dealer will be generated and sent through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

DICE Web Portals

The Web Portal allows customers to log in, see their invoices, make payments, setup auto debit information for automated payments, and more

The app does have an activation code which will cause it to expire on production modes after 30 days if not re-activated. A DICE Matrix integration is required to keep the activation code updated.
